At Wintipak, we are expanding our Sales Team as part of our international growth journey.
We are growing fast – and now we want to bring our Growth Strategy to life with passionate Business Developers who are ready to do even more for our customers in the region: Spain.

• Identification and development of new business opportunities and markets

• Development and implementation of sales strategies

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making

• Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams

• Preparation of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Willingness to travel within the region Spain to ensure optimal on-site support

• Completed degree in Business, Management, or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in Business Development; proven industry experience in the packaging/industrial sector – a must

• Strong hunter mentality: you enjoy acquiring new customers, building networks, and actively developing business opportunities

• Results-oriented, proactive, and independent working style

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical abilities

• High level of initiative, team spirit, and goal orientation

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, other languages

• Responsible project role with direct opportunities to shape outcomes

• Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
